Hey,


My current roommate is having some personal issues in her life and needs control of her space for the winter semester, in other words she needs the whole space to herself. So here I am, once again in need of somewhere to live!


A little bit about myself:


- 2nd Year Nursing student at Camosun College (Lansdowne)

- No pets, no drugs, no smoke. I do enjoy candles though...

- I'm very studious but at the same time very sociable! I'm a day person and my life revolves around my school schedule usually.

- I'm a runner and swimmer. So I'll be doing one or the other most days.

- Am an avid biker/buser. Go green right? Depressing when its raining/snowing though...

- I play the classical guitar. I'm usually glued to it between papers/assignments.

- I'm male so if your looking for a sexy female roommate, this isn't it.

- Pretty involved with my school (mentorship program, nursing club, class rep)

- I'm a healthy eater, but my cooking skills are horrendous.

- Am very clean and tidy. I HATE dirty dishes and will often clean everyone's dishes to avoid seeing them...

- I'm deathly allergic to cats. Meow = Death



I'm looking for a roommate who is...:


- CLEAN! I can't stand a messy kitchen or hairs all over the bathroom.

- Respectable! If the music is too loud, turn it down. If you made a mess, clean it. If your throwing a rager, let me know ahead of time. If your going to use the last piece of toilet paper, put a new roll in. Seriously.

- Sociable! Let me know how your day was :) If your there for me, then I'll be there for you.

- Preferably also a student. Not a big deal really, but its always nice to live with someone in the same boat as you.

- Male or Female doesn't matter.

I'm willing to pay up to $700/month and am looking for a place starting Jan. 1st but mid-December can work too! I pay by post-dated cheques and have some references from previous roommates/landlords if you require any.
