My name is Joseph, Im 32 years old, I live in Vancouver, I have worked as a Registered Massage Therapist and I am currently working and going to school to finish my Carpentry Journeyman ticket. I will be in Victoria to go to school from beginning of January 2010 until end of March 2010 (looking for 3 month rental appx $500 a month).

I Live in Vancouver and will still have my apt here. I will be studying a lot so I'm looking for a pretty relaxed placed. I don't smoke or drink, so I'm looking for a comfortable quiet place not a party house and I don't have any pets . I am looking for a furnished apt/room with inet, desk, kich, and bath not too far from Camosun college, parking is a plus but as long as I can park truck somewhere near by its ok.

If you can send some pics and the address so I can map it that would be great. I know it can be stressful leaving/sharing your
apt to a stranger but I assure you Im really mellow and respectful. All Im looking for is a quiet place to study for 3 months. I have my own computer I don't need the use of any electronics just room ,desk, kitchen, bathroom, inet. Let me know if your interested if you are send me pics and cross street.
