We are a family looking for a long term lease - 1 year minimum, prefer 2 yr lease. We do have a small, well behaved, non-shedding dog. Current lease runs out on December 31st. We are interested in clean, large, bright properties. Prefer a whole house rather a suite. Have excellent references and credentials. Cordova Bay, Lake Hill, Broadmead, Mt. Douglas, Cedar Hill areas would be ideal for us. We are home owners ourselves so we are aware of the importance of having great tenants who will look after your home.
