I am looking for a clean, bright, spacious 2 bedroom apt/condo, preferably with a deck or balcony, in an upper house or well managed building in the Cook St Village/Fairfield/James Bay area, for Dec 1 or Dec 15 or Jan 1. I've been renting/living in an upper house near Cook St Village for 10 years and am moving only because the new owners of the house are moving in.
