My wife and I have been married for almost 5 years and have decided to move downtown. We own a house in Langford but feel it is time to rent it out and move closer to Victoria. We have two incredible wiener dogs, which are well trained and pleasantly behaved. My wife goes to school where she is in 3rd year of studies at UVIC for political science, and I work on the oil rigs. I currently work 2 weeks on and 1 week off, so for the majority of the time it will be just my wife and dogs. My wife plans to finish her degree in the next 2 years so we are looking for a long term situation as we hate to move! We have owned properties for almost 10 years now and know the importance of good renters. My wife is painfully clean, and we are looking for our next home. Please help.
