I am a mature, quiet tenant looking for a special, long term place to live. My monthly moving date is flexible. I love to go for long walks, do my quiet hobbies and work in a garden. I am a healthy individual(ns, np) and do not have any pets although if you have animals, that is great because I love them. I work in Health Care and have lived in my current rented home for 6 years. I have excellent references. I would like a place with lots of light and a bathtub, and access to a yard would be great. I respect the privacy of others and am very easy to get along with. I prefer the Peninsula. My favorite areas are West Saanich, Garden Estates, and the Mt. Newton Valley area, Deep Cove and Sidney. If your rent is higher than my posted preference, perhaps I could garden, or occasionally help house sit your pets. I have excellent housesitting references as well.
