I'm a fourth year international engineering student, very tidy, non-smoking, easygoing, friendly, fun and courteous. I'm looking for a room with other UVic students or people under the age of 30. I've tried renting rooms with families before and let's just say I'm not looking to repeat that experience. Anyways, the home has to be within 10 minutes walking distance to UVic. I need the place for January (will move in about the 5th or so). I am looking for honest, fairly tidy, easygoing, non-bitchy/naggy, non-mooching roomies. I don't do 420 or smoke, but don't really care if you do (as long as you do it outside and are not in my face about it). I'm looking to pay $500-600, depending on the place and how close it is to Uvic.
